i have my own theories (most of which center around 11 hours being not nearly enough sleep). Medical types say that you cycle in sleep, and that 11 hrs goes beyond the length of your cycle (supposedly around 8 hrs- HA), so it doesn't do you good. I personally think that 11 hours is a good start.
hey sis, I slept for 11 hours. And then, immediately afterwards I had lunch, and went back to bed and slept for another 3 hours. haha must be something in the family.
